Job Description
Our client is a life insurance company. They are looking Marketing, Offer/ Assistant Manager to join their team.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for design and planning for sales incentive program
- Responsible for supporting agency, sales growth and marketing event
- Organize and promote recruitment campaign to boost manpower growth
- To plan and organizing job fair, career expo for agency recruitment
- Liaise with agency leader for giving them advise for designing recruitment materials
- Organize campus recruitment for IANG recruitment
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing or other related discipline
- 5 years’ experience in insurance marketing
- Experience in agency recruitment and agency culture is preferred
- Strong in communication skills and presentable
- Good command of English and Mandarin
