Job Description
Overview
The Administrative Officer will assist with overall administrative and accounting matters of the company. He/She will report to the Director.
Job Scope
- Perform general administrative duties including management of office supplies, executive travel arrangements, and receptionist duties
- Manage the overall aesthetics, organization, and cleanliness of the office
- Handling RSVP and logistic arrangements for company events
- Assisting with the production of company marketing materials, including coordination with printing suppliers
- Process employee expense claim and perform day-to-day bookkeeping
- Provide support to the team
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in administrative roles
- Pleasant personality, proactive, and a good team player
- Ability to work under pressure and to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Flexible, can-do attitude and ability to work with last minute changes is a must
- Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good organizational skills, meticulous, and detail-oriented
