Job Description

Overview

The Administrative Officer will assist with overall administrative and accounting matters of the company. He/She will report to the Director.

Job Scope

  • Perform general administrative duties including management of office supplies, executive travel arrangements, and receptionist duties
  • Manage the overall aesthetics, organization, and cleanliness of the office
  • Handling RSVP and logistic arrangements for company events
  • Assisting with the production of company marketing materials, including coordination with printing suppliers
  • Process employee expense claim and perform day-to-day bookkeeping
  • Provide support to the team
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in administrative roles 
  • Pleasant personality, proactive, and a good team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Flexible, can-do attitude and ability to work with last minute changes is a must
  • Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good organizational skills, meticulous, and detail-oriented
