Responsibilities:

Onboarding

• Handle the end to end on-boarding formalities to new hires, including:
• Facilitate the induction course to new hires in regular basis; 
• Handle the employment contract signing and personal document submissions;
• Update and maintain the accuracy of HRIS records
• Communicate with Business Units for the onboarding logistics
• Prepare various reports and analysis for management review

Talent Acquisitions

• žWork with business units to identify effective volume recruitment strategies for front-line positions;
• As the brand representative to participate different kinds of job fairs and recruitment talks;
• Engage in employer brand building to attract potential candidates;
• Stay up-to-date on marketing trend for recruitment, C&B and welfare strategies in order to maintain the brand competitiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related Business Discipline
• 1-2 years solid experience preferably in catering or retail services
• Candidates with store operations background will also be considered
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Outgoing, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized, pro-active and with can-do-attitude
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Fresh graduate with high potential will be considered as Assistant Officer.
