Job Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of administrative duties
• Provide secretarial support to different departments
• Update reports and manage incoming and outgoing mails & fax
• Responsible for office supplies ordering and records
• Support in any ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in Business Studies or related disciplines
• 1+ years working experience preferred
• Hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage but not a must
• Fast-paced team-player, self-motivated, keen to learn with a can-do attitude

Fresh graduates will also be considered.
