Job Description

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Responsible for office administration function such as stationery ordering & pantry supplies, flight and hotel reservation, arrangement of courier and office equipment maintenance
  • Arrange conference room reservations and scheduling
  • Provide clerical and administrative support such as filing, data entry, cheques deposit
  • Occasional outdoor work

Jobs Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, flexible, well-organized, mature mindset, with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Chinese word processing
  • Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates with a good attitude may be considered
  • Immediately available is preferable
