Job Description
Report to the Human Resources Manager:
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions
- Administer payroll, MPF and other benefits schemes
- Prepare formalities related to staff movement
- Take part in recruitment activities
- Prepare report/analysis for management review
- Assist in office administration task
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- University graduate (Human Resources Management/Psychology/Business Management or related discipline is a plus)
- 2 year of working experience, preferably within HR
- Positive, willing to learn with a can-do attitude
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Attentive to details and systematic
- Proficiency on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Immediate available preferred
