Responsibilities:

• Oversee all business support functions in Operation Department and lead a team of staff to provide operation supports
• Prepare KPI and sales analysis reports for senior management review
• Prepare annual departmental budget and coordinate branch budgets
• Tender preparation and follow up
• Responsible for the administrative logistics of festive promotions
• Support customer service team during festive seasons and special occasions
• Act as a key contact point for both internal and external parties
• Manage departmental central filing system

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in sizable companies, of which 5 years must be in supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in restaurant or F&B industry is highly preferable
• Team player with strong supervisory skill
• Self-driven and capable to establish positive working relationship with all levels of people
• Creative, result-oriented, multi-tasking and capable to meet tight deadlines with high level of output
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
