Job Description

Requirements:

~ Grade C /Level 3 or above in English Language with 4 other passes including Chinese and Mathematics in HKCEE/HKDSE, or equivalent

~fluent in Cantonese and English, while proficiency in Putonghua is preferred;

~good communication and interpretation skills;

~proficient in computer softwares including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing;

~English typing 60w.p.m. or above; Chinese typing 30 c.p.m. or above; and

~one-year relevant working experience in the HK Government.

 

Duties:

~To provide clerical support for organizing the “Belt and Road cum Bay Area” Tourism Convention;

~To assist in providing logistical support in arranging meetings, vists, tours, official lunch and dinner in relation to the Tourism Convention;

~To assist in general administrative duties and procurement matters in relation to the Tourism Convention;

~To maintain filing system and records in relation to the Tourism Convention; and

~To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
