Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Diploma graduate
  • 2 years working experience in office administration support
  • Previous experience in office supplies control and travel arrangement
  • Detail-oriented, cheerful, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good command of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
  • Immediate available will be a great advantage

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office administration duties and office supplies control
  • Handle travel arrangement and conference & meeting rooms booking
  • Assist in updating leave & attendance record and maintaining database
  • Responsible for company events coordination and ad hoc projects
