Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of Human Resources services including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employment movement formalities, employee relations;
• Support the implementation of Human Resources policies and projects;
• Provide data input and update, filing, and administrative support in leave and attendance, candidates data base, staff and benefits records;
• Responsible for payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payment, MPF contribution and taxation reporting is essential;
• Responsible for administration work;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills;
• Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years relevant work experience;
• Experience in sizable companies is preferred;
• Well-versed in employment-related regulations of HK;
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR21 application;
• Self-driven, strong sense of responsibility, cheerful team member and detail-oriented;
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
