Responsibilities:

• Handle full recruitment and employment process from sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interview to on-boarding and employment movement formalities
• Assist in planning and executing the recruitment activities and projects by different channels, and monitoring the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies
• Work closely with business unit to understand business direction and the strategy of talent management
• Keep abreast of uptrend recruitment practices and international pay trends to react to the market changes promptly for effective talent attraction and retention
• Assist in various HR initiatives such as employer branding, salary bench-marking and staff engagement programs

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of human resources experience
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
• Proactive, independent, self- motivated, detail-minded, well organized and a good team player
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
