Our client is a Listed Property Developer in Hong Kong. In order to cope with their expansion, they are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end staff recruitment process    
• Lead the recruitment programs to support the business development initiatives
• Conduct orientation program for new staff
• Liaise with department head for the man power planning 
• Handle ad-hoc projects if needed

Requirements:

• Degree in HRM or related disciplines
  
• 2-3 years experience in HR, focus on recruitment / staffing is an advantage
• Familiar with Hong Kong employment ordinances
• Experienced in Property Developer or related industry is an advantage
• Independent, detail oriented, multi-tasking and flexible
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
• Immediately available is preferred
