Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of human resources functions, including Recruitment, Payroll Administration, Compensation & Benefits and Staff Relations
• Assist in annual performance & salary review, bonus and commission payments
• Responsible for on-boarding arrangement including orientation program for new employees and off-boarding activity for departing employees
• Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as required

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 3 to 4 years' human resources experience in sizable organization, exposure in HR field of retail industry is an advantage
• Well-experienced in handling recruitment, payroll and maintaining HRIS system
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Independent, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
