Responsibilities:

• Responsible for compensation and benefits administration including but not limited to payroll, benefit and MPF administration, leave management and handling staff enquiries;
• Responsible for the preparation of documents such as employment contract and staff movement notice;
• Assist in handling on-boarding and off-boarding processes, such as conducting reference check, final payment calculation and preparation;
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in HRIS database and personnel files;
• Prepare periodic management reports and analyses; and
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least one year’s experience in a similar capacity in a sizeable organization. Prior knowledge in payroll and C&B administration will be an absolute advantage
• Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and well-organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit
• Proactive with positive attitude, adaptable to changes and receptive to new ideas
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
