You will work closely with the HR Business Partner Team for providing HR services to the assigned departments.

• Provide full HR support including but not limited to onboarding support, reference check, document and letter preparation, leave checking, payroll and final payment processing, annual exercise support, data input and filing
• Perform HR administrative work and general HR services as required

Requirements

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma in Human Resources or business related disciplines
• Previous working experience (full time / part-time / summer job) in HR field is preferred
• Well versed in Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations
• Team player, well-organized, detailed-minded, responsible, hardworking and with good communication skills
• Meticulous and be able to manage large volume of data with accuracy
• Good knowledge of PC skills of MS Word and Excel
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
