Major Responsibilities: 

• Assist in implementing and coordinating the human resources policies and programs, covering various areas such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and employee relations
• Assist in maintaining the smooth running of the new human resources information system after implementation
• Administer various human resources and training programs, and deal with employment and employee relations matters
• Communicate the Company’s human resources policies and procedures to employees
• Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned

Requirements: 

• University education preferably majoring in human resources, business studies, accounting or related disciplines
• Over 7 years relevant human resources experience preferably gained from financial institutions.  Experience in accounting field is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of the local employment laws and related statutory requirements
• Proactive, with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
