Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in handling full range of company secretarial matters for Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
Handle clients' enquiries
Assist in other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Diploma or above with 1-2 years relevant experience
Self-motivated, organized and meticulous
Able to communicate in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
Proficient in using MS office and Chinese word processing
Fresh graduates with Degree in Corporate Governance or related disciplines will also be considered
