Responsibilities:

• Support the startup of CRM Program for the Brand
• Responsible for the daily operation of the CRM program and system including data entry for new enrollments and maintenance
• Handle enquiries from customer hotline, website and social media
• Handle customer complaints in proper manner and follow up with internal parties for solutions
• Prepare CRM reports for team manager to measure, analyze and review the performance of member promotion and tenant marketing program
• Provide documentation support and training materials
• Other ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related disciplines; 
• 1-2 years relevant working experience. Experience in CRM, call center, or retail industry will be an advantage.
• Can-do attitude, mature, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
• Must be highly skilled in the use of Excel, MSWord and PowerPoint and excellent typing skills
• Fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered
