RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, manage and teach attractive projects, workshops and training programmes for fund raising, including interest classes, environmental education programmes, team building classes and corporate social responsibility programmes
• Approach potential training partners proactively
• Recruit participants and promote the programmes
• Contact with companies/organizations for collaboration or sponsorship
• Prepare programm materials and promotional materials
• Handle general public enquiries related to the programmes
• Perform any duties assigned by the supervisor & management to accomplish the objectives of the department

QUALIFICATIONS

• An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• Degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience and 1 years' relevant experience in training, preferably in interest classes, Environmental education, CSR or related field
• Patient, organized, customer-oriented, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Creative, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work outdoor, and on weekends and public holidays
• Proficiency in using Microsoft application including Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
