Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Handle financial report, cost control, contract administration, subletting, subcontracts final accounts, valuation of variations and final account
Qualification :
- Holder of Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines.
- At least 10 years relevant work experience in civil engineering projects for main contractor
- Member of RICS/HKIS is an advantage.
- Experience in claims preparation is preferred
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Candidate with less experience and qualifiction will be considered as Q.S.
