Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide general sales support: quotation and order processing, shipment arrangement and follow up customers’ account receivables
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to answer customer inquiries and follow up sales leads
  • Handle purchase order and liaise with internal and external groups to ensure timely shipment to customers
  • Perform data entry and manage customer database
  • Prepare relevant reports for management review
  • Work with accounts, shipping and sales teams

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Sales, Business Admin or related discipline
  • Responsible, pro-active, well-organized and be able to work independently
  • Passionate and team-oriented work attitude
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales & marketing
  • Good PC knowledge with MS Excel & Word
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
