Based in Hong Kong, at our Asia Pacific Headquarters and reporting to the Talent and HR Project Manager, Human Resources Asia Pacific, this role will play a critical role in supporting regional talent management and learning function, managing HR reporting and analytics for Asia as well as assisting in other HR initiatives.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Prepare metrics/dashboard for multiple HR areas including talent management and L&D
• Act as the regional super-user in HR system for analytics
• Compile data and conduct analysis for regular HR reporting for regional management view, including but not limited to attrition and headcount, performance management, engagement survey, C&B, etc.
• Oversee various regional programs, such as learning programs and CEO award
• Coordinate and liaise with local Head of HRs to drive regional programs
• Assist in regional talent review process
• Responsible for regional HR intranet
• Participate in global and regional projects in talent management, rewards and recognition, performance management, etc.
• Provide support to other team members for projects such as requisition e-approval, job evaluation and ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required:

• Holder of Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of HR experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is essential
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, eager to learn with curiosity and proactive to go extra miles
