Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in all-round office administration duties (including office supplies, repair & maintenance, security system & etc.)
  • Responsible for organizing/coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure the smooth running of operations
  • Outdoor and perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Front Desk and Secretarial experience will be advantaged
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, well organized & able to work under pressure
  • Fair in spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Familiar in MS Office applications& Chinese word processing
