RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data entry and documents filing
• Information or data checking, such as staff roster, staff attendance record, over-time record, collection report, claim for petty cash, goods movement records, accessories or materials application, vehicle route records, repair maintenance records
• Services for recycling partners, collection campaign partners, donors and in-kind donation applications: for example, answering hotline enquiries, handling complaints about RP logistics services, follow up of collection pick-up schedule, collection campaign preparation, the applications of in-kind donations, etc.
• As a key coordinator with other different internal functional teams, including sales team, marketing, HR and administration, and external parties, such as social workers, estate management, services providers and material suppliers
• To carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• 5 subjects pass in HKCEE including English and Chinese or above
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
• Hands-on PC skills in both English and Chinese
• Good command of oral and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
