Job Duties:

• Perform full spectrum of Human Resources Management functions with top level proficiency,
• Develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures to ensure structured and systematic operations of the department on day to day basis
• Develop and compile Staff handbook with operational consideration for long term implementation and up-dating
• Perform manpower planning, taxation submission and staff disciplinary actions
• Perform full spectrum of payroll plus C&B functions with appropriate creativity to propose cost and result effective options and alternatives to win in the recruitment market and to develop loyal and advancing work team
• Conduct all HR programs in compliance with employment-related laws and regulations of HKSAR

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years relevant Hands-on working and management experience
• Well versed in Labor Laws of HKSAR
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-pacedoperations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experience will consider as Assistant Human Resources Manager
• Immediately available is highly preferred
