The job holder shall be responsible for:
- Supporting the Assistant Human Resources Manager with administrative work for recruitment, leave records, performance management, training, and related HR activities
- Maintaining proper filing system and handling initial HR enquiries.
Skill Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Cantonese
- Basic knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Soft Skill Requirements
We are looking for a clear thinking, pro-active team member who will help us to handle all aspects of our large Practice. We need someone who can quickly grasp what is required and will get on with it. Initially this is a junior role but there is certainly room for career growth, knowledge expansion and further opportunities. HR knowledge in the medical field is not a requirement but would be of benefit.
