Due to our rapid expansion in Hong Kong, HFG has a newly created opening for an Office Manager in our wonderful One Island East Office. We are an established insurance headhunting firm with offices across Hong Kong and Singapore in Asia, and with planned expansion into other markets in the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join an exciting business at possibly the most exciting time ever for us in Asia. 

The Office Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of Operational matters in country, inclusive of administrative duties, conference, flight and hotel bookings, expense management and external relationships (administrators, government bodies, etc). You will have overall responsibility for CV management in Asia, which is one of the more crucial parts of our business, and this will ensure you will continuously liaise with your counterparts in both the Singapore and London offices.

We are incredibly flexible on background. Providing you can demonstrate a good track record of an operational/administrative role in Hong Kong, we would be keen to hear from you. Given the internal and external relationships being fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be hugely advantageous to your application.
