Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an HR Manager/Associate Manager who is an open-minded and self-driven change catalyst and people manager, who will successfully drive our human capital and organization strategy and manage the full spectrum HR operations.

You will be a key team player, supporting our business managers to recruit talent, upskill, train and develop teams, craft jobs and career paths, evaluate and maximize performance, and to ensure that all people decisions are based on deep understanding. You will set a high professional standard and show integrity, initiative and determination in all your endeavors.

This role will work closely with our multicultural team, the HQ HR teams in Europe, and other stakeholders at multiple levels to design and implement solutions that align with key business goals and enhance people and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

o    Manage and streamline the full spectrum of HR functions, processes and systems incl. recruitment & retention, C&B, organizational development, training & development, staff engagement, performance management, policies and procedures, analysis reports, forecasts and budget planning etc.

o    Drive the HR strategy to support business transformation 

o    Keep abreast with market trends. Use analyses and benchmarking, innovative (incl. digital) tools to enhance processes

o    Plan, organize and deliver training, leadership development, coaching

o    Organization structuring & succession planning

o    Support line managers on day-to-day performance management incl. mentoring, goal setting, incidents management, career development, disciplinary actions 

o    Identify improvement needs and escalate talent issues proactively

o    Apply deep knowledge of legal requirements to mitigate risks & ensure compliance

o    Enhance our internal communication across the group companies

Requirements

o    Degree or above in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or relevant fields

o    4-5 years of HR professional experience, ideally 1-2 of which at supervisory level

o    Open mind, unbiased and flexible

o    Self-driven and focused on bringing solutions

o    Can work under pressure and against tight deadlines

o    Above-average emotional strength

o    Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality and self-discipline

o    Precise, meticulous and detail-minded

o    Strong in prioritizing between strategic and transactional functions

o    Strong analytical and collaborative skills

o    Strong research and benchmarking skills

o    Effective escalation and facilitation of interventions

o    Ability to conduct analyses and turn them into visual representations

o    Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English & Cantonese

o    Experience with MNC (ideally German MNC)

o    Ideally experienced in fashion and/or sourcing/trading industry

o    Willingness to travel from time to time
