Our Client is a local financial group, with rapid development in cross-regional securities services. They are now looking for dynamic candidates to join their professional team as the following role.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting HR team on full spectrum of HR functions
• Support day-to-day HR related matters including on/off-boarding, attendance, filing and record keeping etc.
• Assist in handling and resolving HR related enquiries
• Prepare various HR reports and conduct analysis
• Participate in HR initiatives, staff activities and other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in financial industry
• Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
