Job Description
Our Listed client with Chinese background is urgently seeking for an Executive Secretary or PA.
Responsibilities:
Provides a full range of personal assistants, including: wide range of administrative activities, scheduling appointments, managing timetables, ordering travel tickets and lodging hotels, handling letters and telephone calls, etc.
Assist senior management, coordinate and follow up with various departments to arrange internal/external meetings
Organize and arrange complex administrative matters and handle confidential matters
Assistance to superiors, whether personal or corporate related
Responsible for daily coordination and internal communication; translate files
Responsible for other matters assigned by superiors
职责:
提供全方位的私人助理支,包括:广泛的行政活动,安排约会,管理时间表,订购出差机票和住宿酒店,处理信函和电话等
协助上级进行管理,协调和跟进各部门安排内部/外部会议
组织和安排复杂的行政事项,处理机密事项

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above; majoring in economics, finance, marketing, corporate management, literature, or other related majors
With more than 5 years of relevant work experience, preferred large Chinese company
Excellent oral and writing skills in Chinese and English, especially in Putonghua.
Familiar with the use of Microsoft's file program (eg: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal willingness and ability to communicate
Have work enthusiasm and work hard
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, presenting high quality work results
Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve problems
Self-motivation and ability to work independently, able to bear work pressure
Accept flexible working hours and travel
Can give priority to immediate work
职位要求:
本科或以上学历;主修经济、金融、市场营销、企业管理、文学或其他相关专业,经济类专业背景更佳
具 5年以上相关工作经验,有大型中资地产企业的工作经历更佳
具有优秀的中英文口语及写作能力,特别是普通话, 懂潮州話者優先
熟悉微软的文件程序运用(例: Word,Excel,PowerPoint)
良好的沟通及人际交往意愿和表达能力
有工作热情,踏实肯干
能够同时处理多个项目,呈现高质量的工作成果
工作细致,具有优秀的分析能力和解缺问题的能力
自我激励及独立工作的能力,能够承担较强的工作压力
