Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist the Regional recruitment team on experienced hiring requisitions and Campus Recruitment campaigns across Asia.The coordinator will ensure that there is a high level touch point with candidates across various levels and across the geographies in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Experienced Hires

  • Manage job postings and candidate experience via Taleo
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Assist in handling candidate inquiries
  • Prepare and draft employment letters
  • Monitor and coordinate background checks
  • Assist in the on-boarding experience for new joiners
  • Assist in processing of visa application/renewals where required

Campus Recruitment

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of all HR aspects of the internship/graduate recruitment campaigns in Asia
  • Prepare marketing materials and keep inventory (i.e. brochures, gifts, etc.) up to date
  • Assist end to end recruitment process including attraction, interviews and offer presentation
  • Organize and coordinate recruitment events such as assessment days across Asia
  • Responsible for contract preparation and on-boarding arrangements
  • Generate reports as required

Other ad-hoc duties

  • Assist in logistics for learning & development events
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources or business-related discipline
  • Possess at least 2 years of HR/recruitment experience in sizeable MNC organizations
  • Recruitment experience in professional services or financial services firms preferred
  • Excellent communications in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good time management and an organised approach to tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to handle the highest level of confidential issues with the utmost sensitivity
  • A strong team player with good client service experience
  • A professional and positive attitude, remaining patient at all times and calm under pressure
  • Ability to spot areas of improvement and bring new ideas to the table
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential
  • Recent graduates with a proactive can-do attitude are welcome
