Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of high-level administrative support to the Company Secretary and Administration Department;
  • Handle MPF, benefit administration, tax filing and leave administration
  • Keep personal files and ensure all records are up-to-date, complete and accurate
  • To assist office administrative duties in renovation, maintenance and logistics supply
  • Handle contracts and insurance renewal and claims;
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Perform clerical duties including data input, scanning and filing

 Requirement:

  • Form 6 or above with minimum 2 years experience in administration support
  • Able to work independently in fast-paced environment
  • Organized and capable to multi-task effectively under tight deadlines
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Mature, responsible & good interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
