Responsibilities

• To ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image as well as to manage the reception area
• To greet guests in a professional manner
• To handle in-coming, out-going mails and courier services
• Responsible  conference room reservations & the tidiness of reception area
• Provide support and assistance to our administration team
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Form 7 graduated or above with at least 2-3years relevant working experience
• Excellent telephone manner as well as communication & interpersonal skills
• Be independent & presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquires
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• High integrity, disciplined, pleasant and well organized with great sense of responsibility and be punctual
• Good in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work on Saturday
• Immediate available preferred
