Summary:

You will act as the intermediary between our clients, and targeted senior business leaders / experts in various sectors. You will be responsible for researching companies and industries in order to identify leading subject-matter specialists, and connect them with our clients for short term speaking engagements (e.g. video calls, roundtable discussions, keynote presentations at conferences, etc.).

Your responsibilities:

• Generate new candidates in the China market through research and headhunting and then screen and qualify the candidates
• Connect selected candidates with clients for short term projects
• Maintain a strong relationship with the candidates over time
• Build a strong network and database of relevant candidate contacts  

Your Profile:

This is a position for someone with high emotional intelligence who enjoys connecting with people. 

• Minimum of 3 years work experience in financial markets or executive search
• Confidence to initiate conversations with senior executives in diverse sectors and functions
• Entirely fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English (native speaker preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both in emails and over the telephone
• Must be very detail oriented
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and targets
