Duties

• Provide office administrative support, including office equipment maintenance, printing matters & office stationery arrangement, insurance & license renewal, etc.
• Monitor & update ERP contract system
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for the repair/replace/supply furniture, office equipment and mobile phone, etc.
• Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related discipline
• 2-4 years’ relevant working experience with at least 1 year in supervisory level
• Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Able to handle multi-tasks with excellent organizational skills and task prioritization
• Candidates with less experience will be considered to take up a less senior position
