Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all retail shops to ensure optimal business operations
• To assist in daily operation issues, including logistic arrangement, marketing issues, system maintenance etc
• Preparing regular reports for evaluation
• Collect feedback from stores and follow up with relevant departments to improve business and operations efficiency
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with tactful manner
• Prepare memo, circulars, minutes and manuals
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Non-Degree Tertiary or above
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in retail industry (Lower experience will be consider as assistant)
  
• Sound knowledge on POS system will be an advantage
• Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing;
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational and time management skills;
• Possess strong multi-tasking skill and able to work under pressure; Good team player, initiative and independent.
