Our client is a reputable banking , and they are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to cover corporate banking hiring on compliance, risk and treasury function.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening and qualifying, to evaluating candidates for talent mapping, liaising with hiring managers on resourcing needs and hiring decisions
• Track statistics and prepare periodic reports for resourcing activities and Global Mobility
• Translate business goals and objectives into HR solutions
• Take ownership of responsibilities, meet deliverables and work within guidelines
• Coordinate the placement of adverts, and manage the effective use of search firms
• Coordinate human resources and recruitment events

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources or business-related discipline with one year’s relevant experience preferred; recent graduates with a proactive learning attitude will also be considered
• A strong team player with good communication and inter-personal skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written), fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
