Main Role:

Act as a key member on sales administration in HK to provide all kinds of support to local retail stores operation and also assist Area Manager to prepare required reports for management review.

 
Responsibilities:

1. Provide full range support on administration tasks to front line staffs to ensure local stores operation run smooth, including but not limited to daily stock replenishment, logistic coordination, staffs’ uniform arrangement, supplement ordering, payment request handling, documents filling etc.
2. Prepare monthly individual sales target report and calculate monthly sales incentive for front line staffs
3. Handle monthly attendance report and check with leave and roster for front line staffs
4. Input and check sales data in system; generate and prepare relevant reports for management review regularly
5. Assist in leasing administrative documents, such as printing, checking, mailing etc.
6. Assist Area Manager and participate in GC projects when required

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above in any discipline
2. 1-2 years relevant working experience, preferred experience in retail industry
3. Responsible, detail-minded, fast reacted and a good team player
4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in SAP/POS is advantage
5. Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
