Responsibilities: 

• To provide full spectrum of professional and personal assistance and secretarial support to Management;
• Support GM to market research and market analaysis
• Schedule , coordinate and organize meetings
• To coordinate meetings, appointments, conferences, activities and projects with internal and external parties;
• Compose letters and memorandums from dictation
• Direct and coordinate the office administration according to the instruction of Management
• Handle telephone calls and messages in an accurate, prompt and courteous manner
• To handle internal and external correspondences independently;
• Support ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years or above relevant experiences gained from listed or sizable companies and experiences in serving Senior Management at Chairman, CEO, Director or GM level is preferred;
• Able to work independently and possess good negotiation, communication, presentation and analytical skills; and 
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
