Job Description
Responsibilities:
- As the Personal Assistant of CEO
- Provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative and executive support to CEO
- Prepare proposals, presentation materials, coordinate meetings and appointment
- Assist in business development process
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder (fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, native mandarin is an advantage
- Responsible person and attentive to details
- Mature and well-organized
- Independent and positive
- Good team player and team goal oriented
