Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • As the Personal Assistant of CEO
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative and executive support to CEO
  • Prepare proposals, presentation materials, coordinate meetings and appointment
  • Assist in business development process
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder (fresh graduates are also welcome)
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, native mandarin is an advantage
  • Responsible person and attentive to details
  • Mature and well-organized
  • Independent and positive
  • Good team player and team goal oriented
