Responsibilities

• Record legal request and perform preliminary checking before legal team to review.
• Communicate with business units within company for legal inquiries.
• Ensure internal compliance with company policies.
• Maintain filling system of legal documents and agreements.
• Provide administrative support to Legal Office.
• Monitoring progress of contract review status and prepare reports.
• Report to Legal Manager in Hong Kong and provide regulate update to corporate counsel in United States.

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above in any discipline (Law related studies preferable)
• 1 year working experience. Fresh graduate will be considered.
• Ability to process documents in both English & Chinese.
• Well organized, attend to details, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal communication skills, mature and polite.
• Good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Chinese word processing with knowledge in simplified Chinese.
• Good in preparation of presentation is a plus.
