Job Description
Our client an IT Storage Vendor is looking for a Project Coordinator to support a number of enterprise projects. Coordination of a project team under the direction of a project manager or client service director. Duties of a project administrator include all aspects of facilitating a project:
Responsibilities:
- Assist project manager to prepare presentation for project meetings
- Ensuring that projects are running smoothly under customer required processes / flows
- Providing co-ordination and administration support to project teams
- Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library
- Scheduling meeting times and locations, apply onsite access, raise change for project staff
- Tracking and controlling the project related management process
- Providing excel analysis, keeping records, and working with the project manager on project forecasting and performance review
Requirement:
- A bachelor's degree/high diploma in business or management information systems
- Good English communications and customer facing skills.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in IT project administration support or equivalent
- Knowledge of computers and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word)
- Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work as a member of a dynamic winning team
- Ability to take responsibility and function under minimal supervision
- Can DO attitude under working pressure
