Responsibilities

• Administration support to HK Finance Department
• Prepare statutory forms, arrange for filings and to maintain and update statutory records;
• Assist in preparing annual compliance documents including Annual Return and Annual General Meeting;
• Maintain and update the statutory records
• Liaise with overseas professional firm for statutory filing and maintaining statutory record
• Ad hoc assignment and administrative work
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder and ICSA membership is preferred
• At least 3 years working experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English and Mandarin speaking
• Good typing and detail minded 
• Knowledge of MS office and Chinese word processing
• Responsible, mature, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Able to manage time and be punctual
• Ability to take initiative and carry out tasks with limited supervision
• Candidate has knowledge and experience in company secretarial tasks will be in advantage
