A shipping company located in Wanchai is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position: 

*Job duties :

- Office reception, telephone answering & message taking

- Assist in office stationery & pantry supplies ordering

- Assist in office furniture purchase & maintenance

- Assist in phone cleaning, carpet cleaning and pest control

- Assist in maintenance of server printer & photocopier

- Assist in all insurance matters

- Handle fire fighting, equipment & drills

- Monitor and set up meeting room facilities

- Back up Office Assistant for outdoor work

- Ad hoc matters

*Requirements :

- Diploma or above

- 4 years office administration & receptionist experience in  sizeable company

- Good command of English & Mandarin

- Good communications skill

- Proficient in Ms Office & Chinese word processing

- Salary: 15-16K 

- Benefit: 5 days work, 13 months salary, banking holiday, 14 days annual leave, medical (including dental & life insurance, cover spouse & children) & MPF
