Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties including guests greeting, handling incoming call, mailing and courier services, etc.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • To assist other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 1 years’ administrative/receptionist experience
  • Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
