Responsibilities:

• Design, develop & maintain creative, learner-centered E-Learning materials like instructor led content, simulations, scenario & game-based materials, video, online quiz, study guides;
• Conduct regular maintenance and update of existing training programs to ensure alignment with current business needs;
• Participate in developing and deploying communication and marketing initiatives that promote e-learning programs;
• Administer learning management system.

Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma or above in instructional technologies, instructional design, communications or multimedia related discipline;
• At least 3 years of experience in building online curriculums, e-learning project implementation or in the field of instructional design;
• Strong working knowledge of digital learning technologies and tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Premiere;
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS). video production, editing and publishing will be an advantage;
• Continuous, quick and dogged learner, driven by curiosity to explore a wide breath of topics;
• Tech and Multi media savvy;
• Able to conceptualize technical-functional content into creative and enjoyable learning materials;
• Self motivated, well-organized and good communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
