Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting guests, courier and mail arrangements etc.
  • Manage staff appointments, room bookings and conference setup.
  • Maintain sufficient office supplies and equipment, such as stationery, printers, and pantry order.
  • Handle travel and accommodation arrangement.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative supports including data entry, filing and office supplies.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in office admin is preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Knowledge of PC application including MS Office.
  • Presentable, easy-going, friendly and hard working.
  • Pleasant attitude and willing to learn and work as a team.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Immediate available is preferable.
