Job Description

An international corporation is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ensure tidiness of the general office environment
  • Assist in daily office administrative and office maintenance work
  • Provide clerical support 
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned by Office Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree or above 
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency and fluent in written and spoken English is a MUST
  • Oversea graduate with admin experience is an advantage 
  • Well-versed in computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing
  • Immediately availability preferred
