Job Description
An international corporation is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure tidiness of the general office environment
- Assist in daily office administrative and office maintenance work
- Provide clerical support
- Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned by Office Manager
Requirements:
- Degree or above
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency and fluent in written and spoken English is a MUST
- Oversea graduate with admin experience is an advantage
- Well-versed in computer knowledge including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing
- Immediately availability preferred
