Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Answer the general queries via telephone, email and walk-ins at the Centre of Learning and Life Enhancement (CLLE).
- Handle complaints and comments about the courses, members and centre facilities in professional manner
- Process member applications, courses enrolment and payments
- General administration work as required
Requirements
- Good understanding of Local and Western Cultures
- Good command of English and Chinese in both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Customer service oriented and good telephone manner
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Detailed mind, enthusiastic and willing to take initiative to learn
- Able to work independently under strong teamwork environment
- 5-day work including Saturdays, immediately available preferred
