Job Description

Currently our clients, professional services companies located in HK Island, are searching for dynamic and high caliber company secretary professionals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of company secretarial matters and incorporation of client companies in both Hong Kong and offshore
  • Facilitate successful establishment and maintenance of HK and offshore jurisdiction companies
  • Set up the accounts, books and records of new companies
  • Prepare minutes, resolutions and other statutory documents
  • Update and maintain statutory filings and corporate records
  • Provide professional advice to the clients and handle their enquiries
  • Liaise with other corporate agents and professionals in Hong Kong and worldwide 

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated or above in Company Secretarial studies or related disciplines
  • 3 years or above relevant experience
  • Detailed mined, well-organized, able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skill and able to handle the cases and clients independently
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience, of recent graduates, or those with administrative, secretarial background but eager to develop the career in company secretary profession will be considered as Company Secretarial Assistant (no relevant experience or mature candidates are also considered)
